Experienced Industry professional with almost 28+ years of domestic & global experience at reputed companies like Honeywell, General Electric, Emerson (Daniel Measurement India – Formerly Advanced Spectratek), Sterling and Wilson (A Shapoorji Pallonji Group company) and Belden India.

Overall experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, General Management (including P&L), Proposals / Estimation, domain consultancy and certain other relevant functions.

Working exposure to various industry verticals like Oil and Gas (Upstream & Downstream), Power Generation, Power Transmission & Distribution, Chemicals and Life sciences, Metal, Mining & Minerals, Food and Beverage.

Macro view of various relevant economies including the influencing factors and its impact on market space.

Experience in managing System Integrators, Channel Partners, distributor/dealer network for process and Discrete industry.

Broad understanding with experience in latest technological trends in Industry digitalization. Certified Digital marketeer and have knowledge on various IOT platforms, its implementation and future scope.

Experience in Leading various teams by following best practices as well as experience in setting up processes to bring in better effectiveness and driving business growth.

Six Sigma certified and Career Coach certification including various other leadership trainings completed.

Our Journey

Key milestones in Kshivanya's growth story

We have state of Art facility of Appx. 9000 Sq. ft based out of Pune and have executed below orders from this facility since past 26 months. Already delivered more than 2500+ Control / Electrical Cabinets from our Pune facility in last 30 months’ time for highly critical Wind Turbine Industry application.

We have done residual engineering and supplied various L3 and L2 Industrial switches (ATOP MAKE) with media convertors, Gateways and Terminal Servers to various clients in India including IOCL, BPCL, ADANI Refuelling facility at Airports.

We have executed our first global order from Singapore based reputed EPC company - For design engineering and Supply of field instrumentation.

We have successfully supported one of our customers at cement Plant in Northern India for MRO type of onsite services.

We are executing complete Field Instrumentation package on Lumpsum Turnkey basis for a reputed Mega EPC company for their project at Iron Ore Plant in India.

We have successfully delivered various products / small solutions and provided manpower services to various clients for their requirement in India
